This brand identity design sought to reinforce company owner Chris Osmond’s level of expertise and experience in the retail property market.
The design seeks to bring a sense of heritage and sophistication, but avoid being old-fashioned through use of the serif Georgia font to form the signature ‘O’, and classic, but contemporary, Gotham Light for the name. The burgundy and grey palette helps the identity stand out in an industry otherwise saturated with blues and whites.
The brand identity was further developed with stationery including letterheaded paper, compliment slips, business cards, and report covers. The paper and compliment slips featured the brand mark in burgundy printed on grey, and a partial ‘O’ as a watermark. The report covers and business cards used the burgundy as the background colour with the ‘O’ and other type in shades of grey.
The identity design was supported by a website built on the WordPress content management system.
